We are glad you’re here. Our goal is to provide tasty pizza, great service, and a friendly atmosphere as part of the neighborhood.

Our belief is the essence of pizza is in the crust and tomatoes, as with the original pizza, the “pagan pie” cooked by poor Italians centuries ago. Flavorful mozzarella is a more modern development, adding a nice complement.  Our pies and slices are thin and crispy bursting with bright tomato sauce that blends with the sourdough base for a tasty bite.

As we are just beginning as a brick-and-mortar, we want to get it right.  We are starting with a limited menu to dial in our execution. Down the road we will expand pizza styles and menu items.

While our space is cozy, please feel free to sit, eat, watch a game, or just linger.

What’s with the name?  Well, that remains closely kept information, for now.
